Ginger is a tom boy of sorts. She is an only child. She sings in chorus and acts in the school plays. She has considered Ben to be her best friend her whole life. She is one quarter Scottish, a fact which she is quite proud of.(Pre-med at Buffalo)

Rob is Ben's down to earth, Superman obsessed best friend. He has known Ben and Ginger since 2nd grade. He is the bass player in French Dogs in China. (Computer Graphics major at RIT)

Anna is Ginger's sweet, perky best girlfriend. She and Rob are coconsipirators in an effort to get Ben and Ginger together. (Music Education major at Fredonia)

Rick is our heroes' arch enemy. He is not only egotistical but sometimes downright evil. He takes every opportunity to make their lives miserable, but he's not the brightest crayon in the box.

Kelly is Rick's on and off girlfriend. They have frequent fights, owing to the fact that they are both evil. Sometimes she comes back and sometimes he has to beg her. Her life is ruled by fashion do's and don'ts, making her a very annoying person.

Our own British invaider, Dan is the drummer in French Dogs in China. He is the editor of the school newspaper. He is referred to as "the journalist with a dash of crazy" by those who know him well. (Journalism Major at NYU)

Tim is Ginger's boyfriend. They met when Tim "rescued" her from Rick's tormenting. He senses some hostility from Ben recently, but is reluctant to say anything just yet.

Alex is a friend of our heroes who loves old detective movies. He can also mimic just about anybody and picks up on the minutest of details. On a side note, he is also Jewish. (Engineering major at Cornell)

Vicky is Ben's older sister. She can be a pain, but she cares about her little hermano. She was born with a strangely hispanic complexion and soon gained the linguistic skills to go with it. She is the only person besides Tim who has ever scared Rick.

Jason and Alex are Ben and Vicky's little cousins. The children of Mr. Jacob's sister Tracy, the two visit Ben's house quite frequently and are well known to his compatriots.

Sofia is an animation major at UArts. She and Ben became particularly close when they and a group of classmates went to the Annecy Animation Festival.

Vince is in drama club and is a pretty cool guy. He loves music and comic books and hangs out with the guys sometimes. (Theater major at Uarts)

Amy is Rob's girlfriend. She is really sweet and the gang immediately accepted her into their group. She plays the piano well and aspires to learn Sindarin. The guys are in awe.

Aaron is really smart. But he acts like an idiot most of the time, so you'd never know it. He plays soccer, and hockey on occasion. He likes to speak in Chinese so no one can understand him.

Morgan, better known as Cricket, is our newest cast member. Ben met her in a bookstore in Philly, and she's been pestering him ever since. She's energetic, precocious, and has alot of ambition.
The Latin Majors
Rob hangs out with these three scholarly fellows from time to time, mostly to play mind games. It's all too easy. He has yet to learn their names and likes to refer to them as "Laptop", "Specs", and "Blane".

Furg is a Czechoswedicelandic man who has a paranoid fear of elves, and a deep love of chocolate and paddle ball. He has developed a bond with Cricket, who listens to his tales of adventure with rapt attention.
